     BellyBusters standard menu is located on the menu tab where you can see our daily menu which we sell along with lunch specials that we have now and then.  The daily lunch special will be noted before an event on our Facebook page.  Be sure to check our FB page for upcoming events and thank you for visiting our home page

Service for 2-4 hours at your venue
60 Person minimum for days and 100 for evening catering
Appetizers, meat/protein and sides to be selected from menu list (extended menu items available)
Drink choices – canned soda and bottle water
50% non-refundable deposit must be paid in advance to secure date.  Balance to be paid on day of event.
We will bring our food truck and park at your location.  We will need at least 30-35 feet of parking space.
We utilize styrofoam/plastic/paper containers and plastic utensils to serve your guests.
Note – There is a standard $75.00 fuel charge (within 50 miles of Pensacola)
             Mileage exceeding 50 miles will be at a rate of $2.00 per mile.

Note: If you need a more customized menu we can get together to discuss but there may be additional fees if we add other dishes outside of the stated menu.

Ham & Swiss Sliders w/baby spinach and creolenaise (Ham used is “whole bone in” not deli sliced type)
BBQ Sliders – Pork Roast (whole bone in smoked & shredded)

***Creole Shrimp and Grits – Appetizer portion with bacon, mushrooms over cheddar grits, 26/30 P&D tail on size shrimp
***Shrimp Cocktail – w/cocktail sauce (will depend on market price @ time of event) size chosen - 21/25, 26/30 or 31/35.  The estimated # of shrimp per person is six, more or less depending on size. (1 shrimp cocktail per person)

                  (If seafood gumbo is selected on #2 or #3 options, price may increase per person)
***Low Country Shrimp Boil – (Basic) Includes, corn on the cob (nibblets), sausage, potatoes with Cajun remoulade dip.  Call if you want other veggies or seafood included in the boil.  (Price check same as above) Shrimp boil will be cooked the day of event which in turn may cause an increase in service hours at your event.

BBOB – (BellyBuster Breakfast on a Bun) – Angus ground beef, (*quarter pound with jack cheese, fried egg and salsa)

Breakfast Plate – 2 eggs, 2 bacon or 2 sausage links, diced and fried potatoes with biscuit
Egg Sandwich – Egg w/wo cheese, bacon or sausage patty on Texas toast
